At Cords Club, we want you to love your corduroy essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. We strive to make the process as seamless as our fabrics to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
